Mindfulness 101 is an introduction to the practices of meditation and mindfulness. Mindfulness helps develop the ability to be fully attentive to all the moments of life, reducing the amount of time spent worrying about the changes and challenges. In this workshop you will learn concrete skills to take into your everyday life. Join us for this 60 minute workshop provided by the Center for Wellness and Health Promotion!
