$105 standard / $52.50 staff members with HUGHP / $70 students

Session II: March 27 - May 8 (no class 4/3)
$90 standard / $45 staff members with HUGHP / $60 students

The Pilates method builds energy and ease in breath and movement, enhancing good body mechanics, concentration, posture and balance. This mat-based class incorporates exercises designed to strengthen the core, improve posture, and locate flexibility. Personal attention is given to ensure proper form. Both experienced Pilates students and newcomers are welcome.
