Build strength, mobility, and balance while developing self-awareness and mental focus. This moderately-paced class explores creative sequencing of postures and breathing techniques to awaken energy in the body and calm the nervous system. Class will end with a deep relaxation. Perfect for beginning and experienced students alike, this class is highly inclusive. No previous yoga experience is necessary.
