Discover Mindful Masculinity: A Journey of Care & Self-Compassion

Are you looking to delve into the art and science of mindfulness while exploring your own identity? Embark on a transformative 4-session experience tailored for male-identified individuals. These sessions are designed to address issues of gender identity using mindfulness tools like meditation, breathwork, guided visualizations, and journaling. We ask that you can attend all 4 classes to register.  Designed for male-identified Harvard students

What to Expect:

Session 1: Grounding Foundations – Lay the groundwork for mindfulness as we explore techniques to anchor your attention and cultivate a stronger connection with yourself.

Session 2: From Challenge to Opportunity – Navigate the waves of change inherent in your university journey, learning to ride the currents with grace and resilience.

Session 3: Authentic Self-Care – Deepen your understanding of authentic self-care and practices for managing stress and anxiety. 

Session 4: Building a Compassionate Future – Learn how mindful self-compassion can enhance your relationships, build your interpersonal skills, and guide your purpose.
