The programs and services at the Center for Wellness are available to current affiliates of Harvard University. This includes faculty and staff, students, retirees, and partners/spouses/dependents of current employees and students.

The Center for Wellness accepts credit/debit cards, personal checks, term bill (students), or payroll deduction (employees). We do not accept cash.

In the event of a weather-related cancellation, every attempt will be made to immediately notify all participants by telephone and/or email. A refund or make-up session will be offered.

Classes and workshops take place in multi-purpose rooms with no locker rooms or changing areas. Please change before coming to class.

The Center for Wellness classes are NOT part of the Harvard Recreation department, and no membership is required.  The Recreation exercise classes that meet in the Malkin Athletic Center (MAC), Hemenway Gym, and some other Harvard facilities are administered by the Harvard Recreation department. Information about Recreation memberships, eligibility, and class access can be found at recreation.gocrimson.com or by calling 617.496.1585.
