Workshop Offerings


Laughter Yoga

Laughter Yoga invites you to laugh, play, and connect through simple movements and silliness. Take all that is bothering you and set it aside as you laugh the time away in this fun, interactive, hour long class. 

Yoga Pause

A 30 minute combination of simple movement and stretching you can do at your desk, short meditations, and breathing exercises. This workshop gives you a sampling of ways to unplug and recharge.

Custom Yoga

Choose from a variety of styles of yoga including hatha, vinyasa, and restorative. Classes range from 45 to 60 minutes. 


Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation

Mindfulness is practicing moment-by-moment awareness of our thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations, and our surrounding environment with curiosity, kindness, and self-compassion. This experiential workshop will introduce the foundational skills of mindfulness through conceptual overview, guided sitting meditation, and group reflection & discussion. No prior meditation experience necessary. The workshop can run from 30 to 60 minutes. 

Themed Mindfulness Workshop

These workshops offer a chance to explore mindfulness as it relates to different areas of our lives. All workshops include conceptual framing & skill-building, guided meditation practice, and time for group reflection and discussion. Example themes include: Mindfulness & Emotional Resilience, Mindful Eating, Mindful Self-Compassion, Mindfulness & Connecting with Nature. We are happy to work with you to develop a themed workshop that best suits the needs and interests of your group. 

Yoga Nidra Guided Meditation

Yoga Nidra, or “yogic sleep,” is a deeply relaxing guided meditation that connects you to your inner-self through body and breath awareness, sense perception, and visualization. Resting in a supported savasana, all you have to do is listen as you are guided through a mindfulness practice that will help your body and mind relax and restore.

Health Promotion

A Better Night's Sleep

Sleep deprivation can have a detrimental affect on one's ability to focus, as well as negatively effect mood, hunger/appetite, and stress levels. In this program, participants will learn about obstacles they might face to getting a good night's sleep. This program offers tips and tools for achieving better sleep and will answer any questions that may come up along the way. This workshop is approximately 60 minutes. 

Sexual Health 101

This workshop covers sexual health information including safer sex practices that decrease STI risk, contraceptive options, as well as how to access relevant services through Harvard University Health Services. Sexual Health 101 emphasizes the diversity of experiences surrounding sex and sexuality, and the importance of clear and open communication. It aims to ensure that students are equipped with the information they need to make happy and healthy choices for themselves, whenever they feel the time is right for them. This workshop runs about 60 minutes.
