Yoga Nidra

We invite you to join us for a nourishing Yoga Nidra workshop that will ground the body, quiet the busy mind, and calm the nervous system.

Expect to be led through a brief sequence of gentle stretches coordinated with breath. Then, as you lie down in a restful position, you will be guided through different stages of relaxation, including body scan, breath awareness, and visualization.

Suitable for all. Please wear comfortable clothes and bring anything that will make you comfortable while lying on the floor – a blanket, small pillow, eye pillow, etc.

Eligible students can register for sessions that might pose a financial barrier for no cost. Please contact wellness@huhs.harvard.edu with your HUID number.
