WHAT IS HARVARD ON THE MOVE?
- Harvard on the Move is a university-wide initiative that promotes various forms of physical activity in an effort to promote holistic wellbeing across the Harvard community.
WHO IS HARVARD ON THE MOVE?
- All Harvard affiliates are welcome to attend Harvard on the Move events and meetups! During the academic year, weekly meetups are led by undergraduate leaders. These undergraduates have a strong desire to promote community and wellbeing through physical movement. The undergraduates are supported by a CWHP staff member. Additional one-off events, activities, and collaborations are planned and supported by CWHP staff.
WHEN IS HARVARD ON THE MOVE?
- Spring 2025 Schedule (starting 2/2):
- Cambridge
- Sundays 10am on the MAC Steps
- Tuesdays 4pm at Hemenway Gym Entrance
- Thursdays 8:30am on the MAC Steps
- Longwood (meet in front of Vanderbilt Hall)
- Mondays at 5:30pm
- Wednesdays at 5:30pm
- Other Events:

- Cambridge
WHERE IS HARVARD ON THE MOVE?
- All regular runs/walks meet on the stairs of the Malkin Athletic Center. Other events and activities occur at various locations around campus!
HOW DO I JOIN?
- Getting on our email list is the best way to stay updated. Join the list here.
- Just show up! All speeds are welcome, and after you attend 5 meetups, you’ll get some cool and exclusive HotM swag!
