Is laughter truly the best medicine? A good laugh moves energy, gets the heart beating, and is sure to bring a smile to your face. Laughter can also create a feeling of calm and centeredness. Take all that is bothering you and set it aside as you laugh the time away in this fun, interactive, hour-long class.

Eligible students can register for sessions that might pose a financial barrier for no cost. Please contact wellness@huhs.harvard.edu with your HUID number.
