Combining gentle movement and relaxation, this yoga-inspired class will incorporate both flowing sequences and more grounding postures. Connect with your breath and unwind from your day as you move through a soothing practice aimed at creating space in your body and mind. This class is suitable for all levels, no prior yoga experience required.
