Specifically designed for expectant mothers, this prenatal yoga class allows you to connect to your changing body and inner wisdom as you prepare for childbirth. Each class includes physical movement through postures, breath-work, and a dash of meditation, all designed to bring comfort during pregnancy, release stress and anxiety, and build confidence and strength. This class also provides women with a community of support, within which resources, questions, and excitements are shared. Recent post-natal women are also welcome.
