  • Jennifer has been living in the greater Boston area for the past 10 years. After having graduated from Bates College in 2007, Jennifer discovered the healing benefits of yoga while home on the Cape and soon after enrolled in the Finding Inner Peace Yoga Teacher Training Program. Jennifer received her 200-hour Certified Yoga Teacher certification in 2008. Since that time, she has taught in a variety of settings, including yoga studios, beaches, hospitals, and universities. Jennifer continually attends workshops and yoga classes to keep her practice fresh. Most recently, she completed the 40-hour Divine Yoga Nidra Teacher Training Program with Jennifer Reis. Jennifer enjoys teaching hatha yoga, restorative yoga, yoga nidra, and incorporating breathwork and meditation techniques into her classes. She aims to provide a safe, comfortable, and peaceful setting for her students so that they can gain all the healing benefits yoga has to offer. Students of all levels and experiences are honored and encouraged to attend.
