Start your morning by moving your body and centering your mind. Each class will begin with a short breathing exercise, followed by a 30 minute gentle yoga-inpsired practice to wake up and stretch the body. We will close with a 10 minute meditation to help you feel grounded as you move in to your day. No experience necessary, all levels welcome!
