Mindfulness & Connecting with Nature [in-person]
Dates: Wednesdays (9/15, 9/22, 9/29, 10/6)
Time: 3pm - 4pm
Location: Outdoors at Radcliffe Sunken Garden (Appian Way & Garden St) *in the event of inclement weather, this class will be moved to Zoom

This 4-week Practice Group will explore how mindfulness can help us to connect with nature as a way to support wellbeing. We will learn meditation practices for connecting with natural elements (earth, air, fire, water) as a way of feeling a greater sense of belonging as part of the natural world.
