Mindfulness & Connecting with Nature [in-person]
Dates: 3/29, 4/5, 4/12, and 4/19

This 4-week Practice Group will explore how mindfulness can help us to connect with nature as a way to support wellbeing. We will learn meditation practices for connecting with natural elements (earth, air, fire, water) as a way of feeling a greater sense of belonging as part of the natural world. We will meet outdoors and explore methods including sitting meditation, mindful walking, sensory awareness practice, and contemplative observation of the natural world.
