This 4-week Practice Group will explore mindfulness-based tools and methods for working with our "inner critic": the voice inside that can often be harsh and judgmental toward ourselves and others. Students will learn evidence-based mindfulness tools for gaining new perspective and cultivating an inner voice with more curiosity, warmth, and kindness.
