Join us for an introduction to QiGong, the ancient Chinese practice of restoration and cultivation. During this hour of intentional movement, we will focus on the basic principles of mindful movement and breath, and demonstrate simple ways to calm the mind and balance the different energies of the body. *This class is accessible for all levels and no prior experience is required.
