Take a break from your desk and find a sliver of wall to assist in some gentle stretching of the shoulders, neck, wrists and more. The perfect way to add a little bit of movement into your day to realign your posture.

Laughter Yoga invites you to laugh, play, and connect through simple movements and silliness. Take all that is bothering you and set it aside as you laugh the time away in this fun, interactive, hour long class.
